UNHR Commissioner Navi Pillay report on SL herein - omits ‘final phase of war’ : only beasts and brutes would oppose

(Lanka-e-News-26.Feb.2014, 9.30PM) A true copy of the edited correct report of US human rights Commissioner Ms. Navaneethan Pillay on Sri Lanka (SL) to be tabled at the Geneva human rights sessions to be held in two weeks time was officially made public by the Commission day before yesterday. In its amended report the omission of ‘war’s final phase’ is something most noteworthy.

The international investigation does not pertain therefore only to the final phase of the war , and includes copious information . The 18 page report which also incorporates the good things cited by the SL government regarding human rights . The full report as follows :

Chinese officials commence talks with government
Details Created on Monday, 24 February 2014 18:28 Category: General

China_1_LNW_24.02.2014

Chinese officials have commenced three days of talks on economic cooperation with Sri Lanka ahead of the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) sessions in Geneva next month.
China is strengthening its relations with Sri Lanka, which is a focal point for its regional rivalry with India.
“This visit will give an added impetus to opportunities accruing to Sri Lanka in the context of promoting the country as a regional ‘commercial hub’,” External Affairs Ministry has said in a statement.
China has reportedly increased its investments in Sri Lanka, funding airports, roads, railways and ports, something that has unsettled India, traditionally the closest economic partner of the island of 21 million people.
The Chinese delegation visit comes after External Affairs Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris’ trip to China earlier in the month.
Also, a feasibility study on a free trade pact “is on the verge of completion” and the deal could be sealed by the end of the year.

Attempt to arrest Dr. Harsha de Silva
Details Created on Tuesday, 25 February 2014 10:26 Category: Exclusive

harsha_silva_25_LNW_25.02.2014

There is an attempt to arrest UNP national list MP Dr. Harsha de Silva on a charge of provoking the public into violence by holding media briefings and spreading falsehoods against the government, a very reliable source reports to us.

The most immediate reason for this attempt is the media conference he has held to expose the grabbing of Colombo land and the awarding of the project for a Colombo port city by reclaiming 580 acres, without calling for tenders to China Communication Constructions Company (CCCC), which has been blacklisted by the World Bank. Following the UNP MP’s detailed exposure, the Chinese government had asked the Sri Lankan authorities to take immediate action against him.

Defence secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has forwarded to head of the State Intelligence Service, DIG Chandra Nimal Wagista, with a ‘strictly confidential’ stamp, a letter sent to him by the Presidential Secretariat asking him to take appropriate action with regard to Dr. Harsha de Silva. In that letter, the defence secretary has made a note, ordering the SIS chief to immediately arrest Dr. Harsha de de Silva and produce him before courts on a charge of provoking the public by spreading falsehoods. The head of the SIS received the letter yesterday (24) afternoon, and summoning several of his officials and showing them the letter, he has ordered them to act immediately.

On the order of DIG Wagista, SIS officials are presently investigating as to what charges can be filed against Dr. Harsha de Silva. As soon as that investigation is complete, they hope to arrest the MP.

Although there is no evidence to support the charge against him, Dr. Harsha de Silva is going to be arrested purely to appease the Chinese government.

The Rajapakse government by permitting two Chinese warships to enter the Trincomalee harbour, the highly esteemed and most valuable port of Sri Lanka

Medamulana Rajapakses’ historic betrayal -231 years after ! neither Dutch nor British imperialists dared it

(Lanka-e-News-18.Jan.2014, 11.30PM) The Rajapakse government by permitting two Chinese warships to enter the Trincomalee harbour, the highly esteemed and most valuable port of Sri Lanka (SL) and even of the entire region has made the biggest traitorous betrayal which no other government stooped to during the last over two centuries. Consequently , the SL security chiefs have expressed dismay and disappointment over this.

The two Chinese war ships ‘Jinggangshan’ and ‘Hengshui’ arrived at the Trinco harbor ostensibly on a goodwill tour on the 14 th. The Medamulana Rajapakses who have created records in the eating competition specially faecal matter if it is known it contains filthy lucre, and their traitorous navy commander Jayantha Colombage opened the world’s second secured natural harbor in the world to China’s warships in a gross betrayal of the country and its security after 231 years , which high treason even the British or Dutch did not commit during their rule of this country.

Not only the security divisions of SL , but even the Indian security have been plunged into deep despair over this egregious indiscretion wantonly committed by these Rajapakses thereby imperiling SL’s security in the future.

A chief of the security divisions of SL speaking to Lanka e news said , ‘it was impossible to imagine that our defense secretary Gotabaya is such a stupid idiot. No ruler of this country ever brought in a foreign war ship even close to SL’s Trincomalee harbor because of security reasons. Even on goodwill missions , foreign war ships were brought only to the Colombo harbor ; never did war ships enter Trincomalee Port in SL’s history, because the Trinco harbor is so important to our country, and is most safeguarded. Not only to our country it is the most important Port even for India’s security.’

A chief of the Indian security zone expressing his views to Lanka e news said , he does not wish to comment at length on this , but he views this as a most serious issue which is being watched by them with profound concern and followed most scrupulously.

Trinco harbor is considered as the fifth largest secured natural harbor in the world ,and as also the second most secured natural harbor in the world. Besides, it is the only secured natural harbor of the zone. Australia’s port of Sydney occupying the first position.

The immense importance of the Trinco harbor can be assessed simply on the fact that the Japanese Yokosuka Port where the most powerful American security seventh fleet is stationed is just a fraction of our Trinco port in size. The US seventh fleet comprises about 60 to 70 ships , 300 air crafts , submarine and 40,000 naval officers. A SL security chief added , the whole US seventh fleet can be secured and hidden in Trincomalee.

The Yokosuka port is a little over 200 hectares in extent whereas the Trinco port is over 2000 hectares in extent. Just when one moves about 1000 yards into the sea from the shore, the water is over 400 meters deep and that the natural granite rocks and hills around the Trinco harbor provide natural security to it.

In 900 A D or thereabout , the Chola imperialists made the Trinco harbor. Later the Pallawa Kings , and under Raja Raja and Rajendra, the Chola imperialists , Trincomalee was developed through the Jaffna Kings. For the first time Gajabahu the second , a southern King captured Trinco harbor in the year 1131 . Thereafter the Trinco port went back to Pandiyan from Parakrama bahu the first who successor after Gajabahu. It was the Indian imperialists who ruled the Trincomalee port until the Portuguese came to SL and captured it in 1505.

By that time , Trincomalee had developed so much so that the Koneswaram temple had become a most rich temple adorned with gold , silver and pearls , while over a 1000 stone columns stood in it. The Portuguese robbed the Temple , broke down the stone columns and took them to Portugal after capturing Trincomalee.

After the Portuguese , the Dutch captured power and Trincomalee Port came under their rule. However France once captured Trincomalee Port in 1672 , but the Dutch re captured it from the French after defeating them , clearly proving how important Trincomalee is, going by the eagerness shown by all rulers to capture it.

The British took over the SL’s rule officially in 1796 , and when power shifting was raging , in 1782 the French sought to capture Trincomalee . After a battle that lasted several weeks the French forces took control of Trincomalee only to give it up in a few months. Thereafter Trincomalee Port that came under the control of the British Royal navy , was considered as the most important security nucleus in the Indian ocean and has remained so for the last 231 years with no foreign war ship entering that Port .

The Port’s importance from the point of view of war can be gauged from the fact that during the second world war soon after Japan captured Singapore which was under the rule of the British , it was Trincomalee which Japan eyed in order to establish hegemony over the whole region. The British who were aware of this , by that time had brought the latest radar technology and the aircrafts equipped with the latest technologically advanced engines to Trincomalee . Though France was attacked Hitler could not attack Britain because the latest technology radar system and the technologically advanced engines powered aircrafts were in the possession of Britain.

The British using their latest technologies armed the Trinco Port. As it was expected by the British, the Japanese who were elated by the victory over Singapore approached SL to launch a bomb attack . Like how the Pearl harbor was bombed , they tried to bomb the Trincomalee harbor , however as Britain was in the ready ahead, that attempt was thwarted and defeated. If Britain had been defeated at that time, SL would have undoubtedly become a colony under Japan . If that had materialized , there was a possibility for a majority of those born in SL having slit eyes.

In 1948 Britain left SL after granting independence , yet handed over Trincomalee to SL only in 1958. Since that time , no government including the UNP and SLFP that ruled allowed foreign war ships to enter Trincomalee port. That was because of the absolute necessity in the interests of the country’s security. 231 years ago , French Admiral Bailli de Suffren captured Trincomalee and held under his control for a brief period of a few months. Thereafter , the Dutch , British , UNP or SLFP that held power did not get down war ships to Trincomalee port which bear testimony to the learned rulers’ farsightedness, and no matter who the rulers were ,local or foreign they ensured the security of the state as they would their lives.

This all important security of the state that was highly valued and safeguarded for the last 231 years , has now unfortunately been compromised most unscrupulously by the present uncouth, uneducated, shameless by birth , barbaric Medamulana Rajapakses whose gaze are fixed only on their selfish power perpetuation and inordinate greed for accumulation of wealth at any cost to the country and who would readily sacrifice even their souls at the altar of filthy lucre . These evil traits of these Medamulana Rajapakses were exposed on the 14th of January 2014, when they most unconscionably betrayed the country and its security wholesale to the Chinese.

SL Navy Commander Admiral Jayantha Colombage the traitor who maintained friendship with a Chinese female spy , Lu Yi since the days of his training in London , in order to pocket large sums of Chinese yen and to serve Lu Yi’s secret aims fully aided and abetted the Rajapakses in this monumental betrayal .

The Rajapakses have by this betrayal made it known to the world clearly and brazenly that the security of the region had been compromised traitorously in order to serve the Chinese. Lanka e news in this regard has only one choice in the best interests of the country : it can only warn the people that doom and gloom looms over Sri Lanka most threateningly from now on as never before because of this historic betrayal by the Medamulana Rajapakses.

Gota –LTTE secret arms deal detected by International intelligence organisations

(Lanka-e-News- 10.Jan.2014, 8.30PM) An illicit arms deal concluded between Sri Lanka’s (SL) criminal defense secretary Nandasena Gotabaya Rajapakse and the LTTE has been detected by the International intelligence organisations. This deal is as dangerous as is disgraceful because Gotabaya had transacted this deal with a former LTTE illegal weapon dealer -Yogaraja of the LTTE living in Czechoslavakia which is now Czech republic was Gotabaya’s weapon supplier .

Though the LTTE has known him as Yogaraja , his true name is unknown . The connection between Gota and Yogaraja had been brought about by KP , another LTTE leader , and that MP Sajith Vaas Gunawardena too is associated with it. It has also come to light that a former navy officer who is an agent of Gota in Czech republic has met Yogaraja. These two criminals have met in June- July last year , and on several occasions arms and weapons have been shipped. The latest consignment had been to a Greece port from Czech republic by land , and from Greece it had been dispatched by vessel to the Indian sea .This method of dispatch had been followed even during the period of the LTTE.

It is the arms transaction that was the main objective of criminal defense secretary of SL Gotabaya when he undertook a tour of Italy recently , and visited Israel. During his tour of Italy he had met Yogaraja’s agent in a town called Rimini situated close to the coastal area. An advisor to the criminal defense secretary too had participated in the discussion.

On an earlier occasion a vessel of illicit arms that was secretly ordered by Gota was taken into custody by the United Arab Emirates government . However the release of the vessel was somehow secured after claiming that the consignment was intended for the SL government . But it was discovered later such a consignment of arms had not been ordered by the SL government . Lanka e news posted a detailed report exposing the true picture that time.

In the circumstances, the European intelligence division and India’s intelligence division are extremely watchful over the clandestine arms deals of SL criminal defense secretary Gotabaya.

Gota gets down yet another craft of illicit arms : this time from Israel – navy commander showered with kickbacks

(Lanka-e-News-21.Feb.2014, 5.30PM) Yet another craft carrying illicit weapons of Sri Lanka (SL) criminal defense secretary Gotabaya had entered the SL territorial waters, according to reports reaching inside information division of Lanka e news.

The inside information division has reports that this is a craft hired by Nissanka Senadhipathy , the chief of Avant garde security service who has been put in front on the scene to conceal Gotabaya’s involvements who is behind these operations , and the weapons have been dispatched from Israel to Sri Lanka .May we recall that on 1 st of February we reported that a craft by the name of ‘Sinbad’ belonging to Nissanka registered with the country Djibouti , under orders of Gotabaya loaded with weapons was sighted in the red sea. The one that is now sighted are two different crafts, it is learnt.

The present craft that left Israel about a month ago had reached SL waters about a fortnight ago when the secret underhand transactions have taken place. For the assistance rendered by the navy commander towards this illicit transaction , Nissanka Senadhipathy had traveled to the official residence of the Navy Commander on the night of 8th to hand over the ‘santhosam’ (kickback) , based on information reaching Lanka e news division. The santhosam was replete with gold wristlets , gold jewelry , electronic goods etc. It has come to light the cash santhosam was to be credited to a foreign account as discussed between them that night.

Meanwhile , the request by SL to India to release the foreigners who were in the craft belonging to SL coastal security division with a load of 45 illicit AK 47 weapons of Gotabaya that was seized by the Indian coastal security earlier on , had been abandoned, according to reports because of the fear that by trying to urge that release , the entire illicit arms operation can get exposed further.

Like how Gotabaya is SL’s most elusive and murderous criminal defense secretary , the mystery surrounding these illicit weapons is also as deep since no one knows to which terrorist group these arms are intended to be sold.

Gota's sale of arms to Indian terrorists detected: SL craft with weapons in Indian custody

(Lanka-e-News- 21.Jan.2014, 11.00PM) A craft of Sri Lanka (SL) criminal defense secretary Gotabaya Rajapakse’s transporting weapons had been seized by the Indian coastal security forces, according to reports reaching Lanka e news inside information division. Though Minister Rajitha Senaratne left for India recently citing the ground he was visiting India to get the fishermen released, truly he had discussions in India specially in regard to the release of this craft.

Based on reports reaching Lanka e News so far, the details are as follows:

Two weeks ago , a suspicious craft that was heading towards Sri Lanka (SL) from the west in the international territorial sea was seized by the Indian coastal security force for inspection. The suspicion was aroused because the craft which carried the international flag was identified as a high speed craft that was some time ago gifted to SL when the latter’s coastal security unit was being developed. During that time India gifted two high speed crafts to SL.

The Indian craft naval team had by a radio message has inquired how many naval officers are in the craft , to which the answer from the suspicious craft had been, there are 8 passengers in it ,and it is heading towards Mannar. The Indian coastal security had been keeping a watch on this craft thereafter .16 hours later this craft had been sighted moving towards the western international territorial waters.

To move into the international sea territory , the craft has to move across the Indian territorial waters . The Indian coastal navy security had inquired again where the vessel was situated when the answer had been, 16 people are in it. The suspicions of Indian coastal navy security had been heightened have ordered the craft to stop. When the Indian navy security boarded the suspicious craft and inspected , it had been discovered that there was not a single Sri Lankan national, and all the inmates were ‘whites’. (Though Lanka e News is aware which European country these nationals belong, we shall not reveal it right now). All of them did not have the CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate) which is an indispensable document that should be in the possession of every member of the crew in an international craft. Though it was identified as a craft gifted by India, the absence of not even a single SL national in it had triggered grave suspicions, and a second search had been conducted on the vessel.

During this inspection 45 illegal firearms AK 47 were discovered that were kept hidden . Thereafter the 16 European nationals and the vessel were taken into custody by the Indian navy coastal security and handed over to Indian central security division for further investigations.

Based on information so far elicited, all these Europeans are of one country, and they are those providing private security services after resigning from government security services.

The weapons have been loaded clandestinely from a secret SL armory. It is to be noted that the weapons , AK 47 alias ‘Kalash’ seized from the craft are not used by the SL security forces.

They are weapons produced in Russia. The weapons used by the SL forces are T 56 and T 81 . AK 47 are used by terrorist organizations to whom they are marketed by illicit arms dealers of countries which broke away from Russia . The most popular weapon of the LTTE was the AK 47.

The most perplexing and crucial question is , why did a group of foreign illicit arms dealers use a SL coastal security craft? Besides, SL had never announced that its craft was robbed or drowned.

Therefore , it is very evident that these illicit arms were transported by this craft with the knowledge and consent of those responsible in SL.

The Commanding officer of the SL coastal security division is Navy Rear Admiral Ravindra Wjegunawardena. Previously , this division was under the fisheries Ministry , and by a new enactment introduced in 2010 , it was made a non Ministerial civil security service. The SL opposition parties did not object to this enactment, yet there are issues revolving around it.

If this coastal security service is a civil division , how can the navy Rear Admiral who is still in the navy give commands ? At least he must have retired from the naval service. Rear Admiral Wijegunawardena does not belong to that category.

The grave issue is , though this service was taken out of the Ministerial purview , it was brought under the defense secretary. In other words it ought to be under the defense Ministry. By all this jiggery pokery what is clearly evinced is, while the law points towards one legal direction what is indulged in are illegal subterfuges.

Following inquiries made by Lanka e news inside information division , the high ranking officers of SL coastal security forces and SL Navy confirmed that a craft of ours was taken into custody while in the Indian territorial waters. Though Navy Commander Jayantha Colombage and coastal security commanding officer Rear admiral Ravi Wijegunawardena have tried their best to keep this as a secret , the information had seeped out.

During the period when this craft that is now in Indian custody was gifted to SL by India ,the SL coastal security division was under the fisheries Ministry. Gotabaya had hence used fisheries Minister Rajitha Senaratne to tide over this present crisis by dispatching the Minister to India , but without avail. Though Rajitha’s Indian tour was ostensibly to get the fishermen released from custody, truly Rajitha’s efforts were directed to get Gota’s illegal arms craft released. India had not agreed to this request. In the least , even the Indian High commission did not make an official announcement about Rajitha’s tour.

Based on reports reaching Lanka e news , an inspection is being carried out on serial numbers of the illicit arms of Gotabaya that were in the craft seized , in order to check whether they have any relation with the weapons taken into custody from Indian terrorists. In case those numbers match , the issue will become most serious.

Already the international intelligence service is having infromation that Gotabaya is engaging in illicit arms deals. Information regarding a ship load of illicit arms brought down by Gota that was earlier on impounded by the government of the United Arab Emirates ; and the evidence of the arms deal concluded recently by Gota with an LTTE secret illegal arms dealer , Yogaraja along with palpable evidence are in the possession of the international intelligence division. With this latest discovery that Gotabaya is supplying arms to the Indian terrorist organizations secretly , proving the guilt of Gota is easily within reach.

It is very unfortunate that it is the people of the country who will have to face the brunt of the serious deadly problems that can proliferate owing to Gotabaya’s avarice which is so monumental that he is compromising the country’s integrity and security solely and wholly to achieve his personal agendas founded on filthy lucre.

Already SL is being discredited with charges that it is a heroin trafficking hub, and that those in its highest hierarchy are aiding and abetting international heroin trafficking. Now with the latest exposures involving Gotabaya, the country will soon also be tainted as a promoter and a hub of illegal arms marketing to terrorists internationally.

No matter what, sad to mention, it is the people of the country who will have to suffer the deadly and disastrous consequences, and pay for of all these unpardonable egregious sins committed by the satanic rulers .

Yet another craft with illicit weapons of Gota in the red sea !

(Lanka-e-News -02.Feb.2014, 10.00AM) On the 21 st of January 2014 , Lanka e news posted a report about how a craft of Sri Lanka’s (SL) criminal defense secretary Gotabaya Rajapakse’s illicitly carrying 45 AL 47 weapons was seized by the Indian coastal security division . With this report gaining publicity , there is information that another similar craft loaded with arms was in the red sea and that was belonging by name to the Avant Garde security chief Nissanka Senadhipathy . However by now it is known that it is truly belonging to Gotabaya.

This vessel has been registered in the name of ‘Djibouti,’ a small state facing the red sea , and the name of the craft is ‘Sinbad.’ Premkumar Gunawardena , a former officer and close henchman of Gotabaya is functioning as the captain of that craft. Though they are pretending to protect the commercial ships from Guerilla attacks , in truth they are engaged in the illicit arms deals of Gotabaya.

Might we add that after we disclosed through our news report earlier about the capture of Gota’s craft with illicit arms by the Indian coastal security, Lanka e news received a phone call on an undisclosed number . The caller speaking in Sinhala threatened most ominously ‘ no matter where you are hiding , we shall search and kill you.’

Undaunted and undeterred by threats and intimidations we have continued to expose the second illicit arms craft of Gotabaya in the best interests of the nation in true patriotic fervor, no matter how close or far our traitorous enemies are .

Reason of 2Nd World War :

Causes of World War II
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Out of all causes of World War II, the desire and ability of Adolf Hitler, in control of Nazi Germany, to dominate Europe (especially agrarian lands in the East) and resettle German farmers was dominant. He was allied with the Empire of Japan (which desired to dominate Asia, especially China), as well as Italy (which had ambitions to control parts of the Balkans, as well as North and East Africa), and several smaller countries. After Hitler had taken control of Austria and Czechoslovakia by early 1939, Britain and France reversed their policy of appeasement and switched to a policy of deterrence, warning they would declare war if Germany attacked Poland. In response, Hitler signed a non-aggression pact with the Soviet Union in late August that also agreed to divide up Poland and the Baltic states. Germany invaded Poland on 1 September 1939. Two days later, the United Kingdom and France declared war, followed by Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa.

Seconde Guerre mondiale

http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seconde_Guerre_mondiale

Reason of 1St World War :

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Causes_of_World_War_I

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Page semi-protected
For the article on the war itself, see World War I.

Germany, France, Russia, Austria-Hungary, and Britain attempting to keep the lid on the simmering cauldron of imperialist and nationalist tensions in the Balkans to prevent a general European war. They were successful in 1912 and 1913, but did not succeed in 1914.
The main causes of World War I, which began in central Europe in late July 1914, included many factors, such as the conflicts and hostility between the great European powers of the four decades leading up to the war. Militarism, alliances, imperialism, and nationalism played major roles in the conflict as well. The immediate origins of the war, however, lay in the decisions taken by statesmen and generals during the July Crisis of 1914 caused by the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie by Gavrilo Princip, an irredentist Serb and member of the Serbian nationalist organization, the Black Hand.[1]
The crisis came after a long and difficult series of diplomatic clashes between the Great Powers (Italy, France, Germany, Britain, Austria-Hungary and Russia) over European and colonial issues in the decade before 1914 that had left tensions high. In turn these diplomatic clashes can be traced to changes in the balance of power in Europe since 1867.[2] The more immediate cause for the war was tensions over territory in the Balkans. Austria-Hungary competed with Serbia and Russia for territory and influence in the region and they pulled the rest of the Great Powers into the conflict through their various alliances and treaties.
Some of the most important long term or structural causes were the growth of nationalism across Europe, unresolved territorial disputes, an intricate system of alliances, the perceived breakdown of the balance of power in Europe,[3][4] convoluted and fragmented governance, the arms races of the previous decades, previous military planning,[5] imperial and colonial rivalry for wealth, power and prestige, and economic and military rivalry in industry and trade – e.g., the Pig War between Austria-Hungary and Serbia. Other causes that came into play during the diplomatic crisis that preceded the war included misperceptions of intent (e.g., the German belief that Britain would remain neutral) and delays and misunderstandings in diplomatic communications.
The various categories of explanation for World War I correspond to different historians' overall methods. Most historians and popular commentators include causes from more than one category of explanation to provide a rounded account of the causes of the war. The deepest distinction among these accounts is between stories that see it as the inevitable and predictable outcome of certain factors, and those that describe it as an arbitrary and unfortunate mistake. In attributing causes for the war, historians and academics had to deal with an unprecedented flood of memoirs and official documents, released as each country involved tried to avoid blame for starting the war. Early releases of information by governments, particularly those released for use by the "Commission on the Responsibility of the Authors of the War" were shown to be incomplete and biased. In addition some documents, especially diplomatic cables between Russia and France, were found to have been doctored.
